We aim to post all orders on the same day if the order was placed before 2pm subject to the payment being cleared. The delivery timeframe you are given by eBay will be accurate based on our current demand, so please order with this in mind.

All orders are dispatched to the address provided on ebay, if you would like your order to be dispatched to an alternative address, please email us in advance via eBay to let us know. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day, on weekdays if they are in our primary warehouse, Items purchased on a weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

We offer a Royal Mail 48 service as standard across all of our products and a Royal Mail 24 upgrade for a small fee at checkout if your item is more urgent. DPD Next Day Guaranteed is an additional option for added peace of mind. At peak times these additional services may be unavailable.

If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.
