Return & Refund Policy

At Britz Cart, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Address

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,

  • a defective product,

  • or the wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@britzcart.com with:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or variation, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • the item must remain unused and in original condition,

  • and proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method,

  • within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time,

  • shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error,

  • and original shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged,

  • defective,

  • or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Britz Cart cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
