Shipping Costs

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately depending on:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Britz Cart is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Britz Cart is not liable for packages that are:

  • delayed by shipping carriers,

  • marked as delivered but reported missing,

  • or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the damaged packaging,

  • and photos of the product received.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
